Thin pads usually leak a little more then thick pads too unless you have the wing kind!.!.!.!.I prefer the thin because they don't fell as thick as a diaper and you can hardly notice them!. Thick pads are usually made for either overnight or for women who have a heavier cycle then other women who use the thin pads do!. Over all, the absorbency varies but all in all they are pretty much the same!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
There are different types of pads that you should use according to how heavily your bleeding!. There are some thinner pads that are meant for heavy flows, as well as thicker ones for heavy flows!. I used to always wear thicker pads though on my heavy days, just to be on the safe side though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, today's thinner pads are very absorbent!. Using an overnight or long size for heavy flow days is always a good idea!.!.and wings too!Www@Answer-Health@Com
