well having depression means that you don't want to do your normal everyday things!. your eating habits will change!. you'll be tired all the time (all you'll want to do is sleep), your body will ache, you cry over things that normally wouldn't bother you!. If you have a number of those symptoms, you should talk to your doctor!.!.!.!.I have had depression since I was about 10 and I'm 19 now and I just talked to my doctor about it!. I realize now that if I would have talked to a doctor sooner, I wouldn't have felt lonely for so long!.!.!.if you don't have these symptoms!.!.!.and just feel really sad, worried!.!.!.it could be normal unhappiness!.!.!.!.but to make sure it isn't depression!.!.!.talk about your symptoms to your doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com

Here are some facts on depression!. I have been depressed a couple of times, because there are so many bad things going on in my life!. But I just have to deal with it and realize that there are other people going through even harder things!. Just don't let anything get to you, ask for help when you need some!.
