I am 12!. I have had my period since i was in 4th grade!. I get horrible cramps but theyre not usually in my stomach!. theyre down in my private area its soo bad is this normal!? and how can i stop it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've also had my period since 4th!. It is completely normal, that's where cramps often are!. I recommend advil liquid gel capsules, they work the best for me, but really just any pain killer!. Putting heat on it also helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
