Okay i find these big squishy clumps when i have my period is it healthy?!

If you're still in your first year or two of your period, this is normal!. It's just the excess ovary lining that built up over the years!. Unfortunately, you'll just have to live with it!. I know it can be very uncomfortable!. As long as they're not bigger than a nickel, you're fine!.

unfortunately although they are gross and as long as they are small they are normal!.
