for tightnessWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Kegel's exercises named after Dr!. Arnold Kegel is the exercise you're looking for!. It is made to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles!. Two most common techniques I know of are 1!.)Hold and release: contract the muscle slowly and hold for 5 seconds, release slowly!. Work your way to at least 25 reps two times a day and 2!.) Quick pumps: do 15 reps of quick pumps, pause for 30 seconds and repeat!. Start at 15 and work your way up to 100 reps two times a day!.

These exercises are meant to benefit women in such a way that it lessens the risk for urinary incontinence and pelvic prolapse!. Other than that, regular kegel exercise can increase sexual pleasure in women and tighten the private part(girl)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when you are sitting down on the compuer or watching tv, or waiting for the red light to change or walking around or practically ANYTHING, you should do the same excersizes that are used to prevent incontinence and used to help singers improve their pitch!.

tighten your pelvic floor muscles, hold tight, then release!. do this repettively, holding the muscles for 5 seconds each time, then working you way up to a longer time!. dont overdo it, but this will certainly help
if nothing else, it will improve your muscles, you wont have bladder problems and you will be able to pull them tight during sex to 'grip onto him'!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
