Just have tampons ready ~ even insert one if you haven't started just in case!. That way you won't have to worry about being embarrassed if you did start and it accidentally showed!.!.!.!.!.good luck and have fun!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Normally, i just use a tampon!. It works fine and pads would be a bad idea! If you dont know how to wear a tampon wear a pair of shorts ( because the blood wont be super noticable)!. Also, ask a mom, sister, cousin, etc!.!.!. for advice on how to insert it!.

Obviously, you can't use a pad in the water!. If you don't use tampons, you are out of luck unless it's a really light day and you can get away with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Buy tampons!. Seriously they are a life saver!. I adore swimming so can't live without them!. Gather up the courage to use them and make sure to change the tampon when you're done swimming, I'm sure you'll be fine!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
well i play waterpolo and when i get my period i just use tampons there easy to use!. put them in before you go swimming and then after take it out its as simple as thatWww@Answer-Health@Com

or take a pill to stop your period , or feminex which reduces your period flow alot and gets rid of pain and take tamponsWww@Answer-Health@Com
