Please help me i'm freaking out!!
i'm a 16 yr!. old female and i am 5'2 and a half!.
i'm taking some vitamins that helps kids and teens grow!.!. most people tell me that 16 is the age females stop growing and i'm scared because i'm super short:( will i grow any taller!? or am i to late!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Vitamins that help teens grow!?!?!? Who told you or sold you that BS!? Your height, the color of your hair, eyes, breast size, etc are factors that determined by your genetics!.

You might grow a little more, but if you taking the vitimins that are flavored and for kids it is most likely not going to help you grow!. I stopped taking them when i was 8 because after that age they do nothing for you!. 5'2" really isn't that short!. 5'6" is about average!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
That's not really that short!. I'm that height, and am 24!. Nobody really notices, particularly because I just stand up straight and wear heels often!. You're probably not going to grow any taller though, since you are 16, unless you are still going through puberty!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

well you might not grow any more and as far as the vitamins go that kind of thing does not work but even if you do not grow anymore don't worry too much about it i am short and have lived this long it really isn't such a big dealWww@Answer-Health@Com
I don't know if other guys are like me, but I am more attracted females that are shorter!. You should grow atleast a couple of inches before you're 18, so don't worry!. Just eat lots of protein and excercise more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Girls Dont Stop Growing at 16! My Mom is 1/2 of an inch shorter then how tall u have to be to be a model and she stoped growing at 12! And my bff's mom didnt stop growing til 25 and shes WAY tall !Www@Answer-Health@Com
