My period just started~!

just let it flow don't put a tampon in for 2 days because then your body will think it is ok for it to come early and will continue to do so you need to train yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Putting a tampon in two days from now won't train your body to make it start at a certain time!. It's normal for your period to come slightly earlier or later than normal!. Usually it wont come on the exact day you got it the month before!. Just do what you usually do when your on your period!.

this is nothing to worry about!. everybody goes through bodily changes!. and a lot of little things like stress, excercise, and diet can effect when your period comes!. just go about it as you normally would and dont worry about it!! Www@Answer-Health@Com
