Question: Feelings, serious answer only!. urgent!
Just had a major fight with my boyfriend, cause me to break down into tears!. Suddenly had a major headache, cant eat and drink because everything i consumed will be vomited out back again!. 2 days pass and haven even eat 1 decent meal, and my head still hurts(like migraine)!.I even had to pull my hair just to lighten the pain!.

Does this has got anything to do with my feelings!? I need a cure!. Really quick! Can't take it anymore!.

*Haven tell my parents yet!. Don't intend to!. I don't want to make them worry!.

You're suffering from anxiety and stress!. The best thing to do is get to a doctor if you can!. not eating and vomiting is not good for your body!. Try to calm down!. Rub your ears, lie down and relax!. Think about something that calms you like furry purry kittens or whatever it is that makes you feel relaxed!. Try petting a cat or a dog if you have one or do something that will make you think about something other than this fight!. You can go for a jog or weed someone's garden or dust your room, anything mindless and repetitive should help!. I get headaches instantly when I cry and they can last days!. Take aspirin or Ibuprofen or Tylenol for the pain!. Using an ice pack on your forehead can also help but don't pull your hair for goodness sake!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mental emotions can have a huge impact on physical emotions!. One of my friends got dumped by her boyfriend once, and she wouldn't eat for days because she felt so sick to her stomach!.

You should try eating some crackers to get something into your stomach and drink as much water as you can keep down, even just little sips!.

Talk to your boyfriend to try to resolve the fight or at least get your feelings out of your mind and into the open!. Take some deep breaths and try to calm down!.

If these symptoms continue for over a week and you feel like it may not have to do with the fight anymore, you should see a doctor and explain your symptoms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, half of it's physical (crying can make you literally sick!.) It's partly mental!. Would talking to your bf about the fight help!? Even if you and he are still mad at each other, knowing that you don't hate each other and that fighting a bit won't affect your relationship can make you feel better!. If you don't want to talk to him, try and do a calm activity for awhile!. Take a bath or shower, go for a walk, play with a pet or a computer game or help your parents around the house!. Or listen to angry music!. Whatever will help you feel better!. Since it's been two days, you should give your parents a heads up that you are feeling blah and need advice how to feel better!. Well it could be a migraine and that emotional stress triggered it!. Nausea is common with migraines!. Are you sensitive to light!? That would be another sign!. You are going to have to see a doctor if Ibuprofen or Excedrin isn't working!. You need to tell your parents!. It could be something serious like a tumor or aneurysm!. Why risk your health!?
