Yes of course you can there is a very small chance the may break your hay men but technically you cant lose your virginity unless you actually have sex but tampons aren't as comfortable as using a sanitary towel would be but no fear if you feel ready then go ahead i promise you wont lose your virginityWww@Answer-Health@Com
