Answers:
Peri means around!. So you are saying that you are around menopause!. The normal age to start going through menopause is age 51 although not everyone is the same age!. Some start sooner and some later!. There are many symptoms of menopause and every woman is different!. Some of the normal symptoms are: Night sweats where you wake up with your back and sometimes chest all wet!. Hot flashes are when you feel fine one minute and then next feel flushed and over come with an over heated sensation!. Another is trouble sleeping!. Alot of woman start to wake up more frequently or have trouble falling or staying asleep!. Try typing in perimenopause on your search engine or go to sites like ivillage!.com or about!.com and typing it in!. There you will find alot of useful information!. Some woman have a rougher time than others when going throught the change!. If you feel you are having a real hard time, talk with your doctor about hormone treatment!. Good luck and hang in there, all us woman unfortunatly go through it if we are lucky to live long enough! Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know about the book, try Amazon!.com!. You are able to read the first few pages to see if you like the book!. I must tell you though I have just discovered Estroven!. It sure has been a big help!. I feel compelled to tell people about it because I feel so much better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
