Question: I pee when i laugh hard!.!.!?
This has almost never happened before, and i used to be able to hold it in!. but lately when i laugh hard enough, i pee in my pants!. it's really embarrassing, and i'm scared that something's wrong with me!. i've never had my period and i'm 13!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

relatively common for females because our urethra is so much shorter!. What you need to do is strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, and the best way to do that is with kegel exercises!. Put "kegel exercises" in google, but basically it is the same muscles you use to stop the flow of pee, you just flex those over and over about 50 times in a row, a few times a day!. Whenever you're bored and think about it, do it, and also, orgasms are very good exercises for your pelvic floor muscles too lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
