my mother took on thursday last night two medications fosfato of clindamicina and ketoconazol it's trexent duo and she took as well moxitral or claritromicina !.!.aclimafel o veraliprida!.!. she took two medications before go to bed aclimafel or veraliprida and trexent duo!.!. sorry for my bad english!.!. but the medications are in spanish names!.!. well the problem is when she woke up the next morning!.!. she felt the body very cold and tachycardia!.!.!. she didn't go to her job!. she stayed at home!.!. even that was on friday!.!. she still feeling something of tachyrdia!.!. I would like to know something of this medications could have any bad effect in her!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am not sure of the medication's you have described!. The best thing you can do is go back to the pharmacy where she got the medication and ask the pharmacist about reactions of mixing medications!.
If your mother is still tachycardic (a pulse rate above 100), you need to take her to a medical doctor to get her medication reviewed and a medical examination!. If she starts to feel chest pain/ tightness, pain radiating pain in her arms or jaw, you need to call your emergency number for an ambulance!Www@Answer-Health@Com
