Yes I remember having those exact symptoms a couple weeks before I started my period!. I was also really tired, irritable, and just wasnt myself!. If you havent already I would stock up on pads or tampons, some ibuprophen and maybe a heating pad to help with cramps!. Remember to always have pads or tampons with you!. well lisa every since i got my first period my stomach and my head wasnt hurt when @ first !. then when i got my grow older my stomach and my head starts to hurt it a signs of getting your period !. Ever since i was lil i asked my parents what are the sign of getting yout period , my parents told me that they are
1) your breast is starting hurt and itching you
2) your face will break out
3) below of your stomach start to hurt , it's rite below where your belly button is !.

if you think you are about to start your period don't ask about how you head and stomach felt because everyone is different!. usually you have your discharge at least 6months before you start and if your still not sure ask an older sister or your mom because females who live together have there period during the same time of month, ask them what days every month that they will be on their period - and be sure to wear a pantiliner on those daysWww@Answer-Health@Com
