Question: I have pain! Can anyone help me!? period
I have my second period!. I have been taking advil twice a day for the cramps!. I took my advil tablets just 30 minutes ago but i still have a sharp pain in the bottom of my stomach, close to my vagina but on the side!. It hurts!. I thought it was part of my period cramps but it won't go away!. Help me! It usually takews 5 to ten minutes for the pain cramps to go away after I take the pills!. i am only 12 and I don't have a boyfriend!. i am not pregnant!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Advil is Ibuprofen, so it can end up causing ulcers in your stomach or liver problems down the road, BUT that's only if you take like ten 800mg pills every day for about 5 or 6 years!. The Advil you take is limited to the amount of ibuprofen in the tablets, so even if you took six tablets it wouldn't be enough to tear up your stomach so quickly!.
Try taking a hot bath or using a heating pad to soothe the cramping!. If you try this and it doesn't work, I suggest you see your doctor to rule out anything else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
