Answers:
Yeah - that's insane!. Most sleep-aids are habit-forming!. I found this for more info:

That's really insane!. Sleeping pills can kick an adult's butt, let alone a two-year old!
Talk to your friend about the side effects of this stuff, and let her know this isn't cool!.
If she doesn't listen, I would contact CPS!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You must report her right away!. She is not only dangering the life of her 2 year old, she is being a irresponsible parent!. Sleeping pills are made for adults and they have side effects that are dangerous for adults, so what do you think will happen to a 2 year old child!? Constant taking of sleeping pills by the 2 year old could lead to brain damage, heart damage, breathing problems, even death!. I understand that it is your friend, but if you want to be a true friend, then alert the authorities to what is going on!. Who knows she maybe abusing the sleeping pills herself!. If you do not alert the authorities and something terrible happens, you may be charged as an accessorry to the fact, because you knew and did not do anything to help prevent it!. Think about the fact that you are saving the life of a child!.!.!.!.DO THE RIGHT THING AND REPORT IT!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, that's very dangerous! I would call child protective services, if I were you!.

The dosage of medicine in a sleeping pill is designed for an adult's body!. Not a two year old's!. If you've ever taken sleeping pills, you know that within a half an hour you feel so drowsy you could pass out!. Imagine what it could do to a tiny, two year old!.

Being a mom is a 24/7 job!. If she can't handle it, then she should get someone else to babysit while she "gets a break"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should definitely tell the authorities about this!. she is putting her child at serious risk as sleeping tablets could lead to him going into respiratory distress while asleep!.

if she is not coping then there are services out there that can help her!.

you need to report this for the child's sake!. you can report it annonymously if you dont want her to know it was you that reported it!.

She should not be giving sleeping pills to her 2 year old!. As a concerned friend you need to confront her!. Find out exactly what she is giving the child and research its harmful effects to help convince her to stop!. If you feel it is something dangerous then you have every right to report it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you should alert authorities-thats child abuse! If she wasnt ready to devote all her time to a child-she shouldnt have had a baby!. Call the cops or social services-if she gives that baby too much and he/she ends up dying-think about how guilty you would feel if you didnt tell someone!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is very ill advised and dangerous and really qualifies as child abuse!. To ensure the safety of her child and to help your friend, who I assume is failing to cope, you must report it to someone!. You could start with her health visitor, assuming you know which GP practice she belongs to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

wow, thats really bad!. Sleeping pills are meant for adults!. Not a 2 year old!. It could kill the child!! Sleeping pills depress your breathing-the child could stop breathing and die while sleeping!. That is child abuse!!! Some people just shouldnt be parents!! Sick!! If you do feel the child is in real danger then it would be of great importance to alert the authorities!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
