Cramps after my period?!
Question: Cramps after my period!?
So ive noticed that for the past 3 months, about a week AFTER i get my period i get cramps!. theyre weird cramps too!. like, it feels like someone is shoving their hand inside me and turning my intestines and stuff like that!. i just want to know if you think its normal or not!. or if anyone else expierences this too!? idk what it could be!. its never happend before these couple of months!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

oh its totally normal! your ovulating!. This is actually called "mitteschmerz" its german for middle pain, its the sensation your feeling!. don't worry nothing is wrong with you!. A new egg is making its way to the fallopian tube!.

I had the same thing!. It felt as if there was a string connected to my belly button and somebody was pulling down on the string!. I went to the doctors and its ovulation!. You ovulate about a week or two weeks after you get your period!. It is completely normal and is neccessary inorder to concieveWww@Answer-Health@Com

this is normal dont worry it just your uterus squeezing the rest of the blood out so u may spot or not
