Question: How the heck do you use a menstrual cup!?!?

My friend showed me one, and they are seriously the weirdest thing!. It looked like a pink livestrong bracelet with some seran wrap attatched to one side!. I looked them up online and it said that you put it in to use it, but its huge!! can anyone explain!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
