Question: Smear test and worries
my next smear test is due and i'm petrified, stupidly in the past i have had sex with a few guys, mistake i'm worried i'm now going to pay for, i've been reading all these websites and getting myself worked up reading about hpv and risks etc that i'm going to get cervical cancer i had my last smear 3 years ago and all was normal and i'm definately going to this next one but till i get the results i'll be a bag of nerves, is there anyone out there who can settle me a bit xx i'm 22 and have not had kids!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's completely normal that you are worried about this!. I am exactly the same and around the same age as you!. You basically have to relax and not worry about things that haven't happened yet!. You don't know if you have any of these bad diseases and the worst thing you can do is go on google and look them all up, we're all guilty of doing it but it doesn't help!.
Just relax and be calm, until you get your test results through!. At the end of the day if you did have HPV etc it is treatable and not all women get cancer from it!. Anyway good luck and chill out :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
