okay, i sweat really bad from my armpits! and I'm too embarrassed to go to the doctor or anything!.!.!. and i still live at home, so i'd have to tell me my mom so she could get me a doctor appointment, so i need some help! how do i make myself not sweat so much! its embarrassing! A LOT of people have this problem!. I use Certain Dri; it works really well!. It's like this liquid stuff that rolls on, and you use it from every other night to once a week depending on how much you sweat!. I told my mom!.!.!. I just said "Mom, I feel like I uh, sweat more than most people!." I got a prescription for pills to help it, but they said before getting the pills, try Certain Dri, and it worked so I never ended up getting them!. I have a friend who gets Botox injected into her underarms every 6 months because the clinical strength stuff didn't work for her either!. I have another friend who has some sort of wash that she uses under her arms with her loofah in the shower, and that stops her sweat!. There are many many ways to solve this problem and I've never heard someone say they have tried everything and nothing worked!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Wear light white tops that aren't tight around the arms, letting your underarms breathe is essential to stopping them sweating!.
Also, anti-antiperspirant helps!. The roll on doesn't have much effect if you sweat quite heavily, try getting a spray that will leave a white powder (not loads but a small layer) it absorbs the sweat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try the clincal strength deodorant (I think it is by either Degree or Secret)!. It's about $7 or so, but you can buy it yourself without your mom or doctor!. walmart, walgreens, target everyone should sell it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
