Question: Is it possible for a woman in her early 20's to have a heart attack!?

YES! it is not very common, but is likely!. Woman need to know their risk factors: family history, overweight, smoking, diabetes, high cholesterol, stress, etc!. Cheerios is great, as well as any other food which is good for the heart!. Vitamins good for cardiovascular systems is also good!. Symptoms of a heart attack are numbness in right arm and inability to speak clearly at the same time!. Yes, even children have been known to have heart attacks!. It's rare but it happens!. Symptoms are tightness in chest, numbness in left arm, etc!.!.!. i think it is very uncommon for a women that young to have a heart attack, but even if you dont have symptoms you could still try to prevent it for the long run!.

I knew a girl who had one at 24!. It was her weight, lack of exericse and diet that caused it!. Drinking and or smoking on top of all that will bascially light the fuse on that one!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
