If you're 30 inches around your ribcage, you should try bras with a band size of 30 or 32!. To get your cup size, take the over-the-bust measurement (37) and subtract the band size!. The difference is the cup size!. I would definitely recommend going to a bra shop or a department store and getting fitted, because different brands use different sizing systems!.
I think you should try bra sizes 30-32 DDD/E and F!. Keep in mind that the smaller the band size, the smaller the cup size, so if a 30 is the correct band size for you then you should go UP a cup size if you are spilling over the cups!. However, if the bra's cup is too big (but the band size fits) then you should go down a size but keep the same band size!. Once you figure out your band size, it is easier to figure out your cup size!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why can't it be right!? Large cup sizes are smaller on small people, a 10F is the same cup size as 14DD, so you may well need a larger sounding letter than you think!. Try 10F! If it doesn't fit, then you can say it can't be right but you'll never know until you try!.

You definitely don't need to try a bigger band size as some people are suggesting, 30" sounds about right for 10 (equivalent to UK/US 32)!. Wearing a band size too small is extremelely rare, you would definitely know about it and barely beable to get your bra on if that was the case!. So leave that alone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well that's cool that you know how to measure yourself because I work at Victoria's Secret and I have trouble with it!. Honestly, did you keep the measuring tape around where your bra band would be!? Because people often miss that and measure a couple inches off!.
Another thing is sometimes the measuring system doesn't work for some people!. Like me!. My boss had to measure me at a meeting to show associates people who have like, weird mearuing results!. My breasts are fine, 34D and perky and all that stuff, no problems, but they kept measuring as either a B or a DD!.!.!.which is not right!. I'd say go to Victoria's Secret and get measured!. We know what we're doing ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

F is the new DD! but if you really what help I would go to a bra store and let the sales person help!. I know it is a bit embaressing but believe me it is worth it!. The girls know what they are doing and they see boobies all day long! They will shhow you the best bra for you and give you pointers on buying your next bras! I would suggest all women should go there at least once a year! ( and it doesn't have to cost you alot! I got great bras for good prices :3 for 20$ ect)Www@Answer-Health@Com

DONT GO ON REPLICATYCOON!.COM

Its a CULT!

Not really, but those people go on this site posting the same thing!. Its gotta be a scam!

Well a LOT of people get fitted wrong!.

My sisters thought they were a C-cup!.

But then got fitted REALLY well by a professional!.

And they were D's!.

Go to every lingerie store and clothing store you can, and get fitted by all of them!. Then average the sizes to get your proper one!.

I always find that it's best to just go into a speciality store and have them size you up!. Websites are too hard to follow, and many of them don't have accurate information!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ive just looked at 2 charts, and apparently youre a 34c!.
your chest size will change though, throguhout the cycle!.
i was say the best thing to do is get professionally measured :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
