GIRLS only---cramps??!
Question: GIRLS only---cramps!?!?
I keep having period symptoms, for the past four days, but I haven't had my period yet!. Really bad cramps, cravings, increased appetite, extremely moody I will be laughing one minute and the next minute screaming at someone for somthing really dumb!.I am irregular so I have no other way of knowing, I usually go 6 months or more without a period and It's only been two months, I've had my period for 2 years al ost also!. I have been really paranoid, I go to the bathroom every two hours or so to check, because I always feel like I'm having it, but it's always nothing!. Do cramps definatly mean period soon!?!? Can you have cramps but no period!? I'm confused :!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

My symptoms can go on for 3 weeks before I finally get my period!. You're okay!. This is normal!.

Yes, it's probably on its way!. Sometimes I experience this feeling a few days before I actually begin mine!. Try not to stress because that will only delay your period!Www@Answer-Health@Com
its just a sign saying your periods are soon!.
carry a tampon or pad whereever you go
and even wear one in bed just incase
you could come on any minute really !

I get all those symptoms a week before!. It's coming!.!.!.!.just relax!! Try yoga or a really hot bath!. That's my favorite!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
