Answers:
You could have a tubal ligation done and have a d and c at the same time!.

At 47, you are likely near finished having periods and starting menopause!.!.!. so I am not sure why your doctor would have you on the pill!. Its not beneficial or in my opinion, safe after 35!.

Tubal ligation is an easy day surgery and sure beats wondering if you have to go through it all over again when you are almost done raising the children you have!.

Just an avenue for you to look at and think about!.

Also, it would be a good time to start looking into natural health (meaning supplements at a health food store)!. Evening Primrose Oil is good for menopause!.!.!. though it doesn't work over night!. As most things, it needs time!. Go visit one in your area, grab some pamphlets, read up on the internet and go from there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR or call your doctor and ask him about your birth control!!!!! You could still get pregnant after menopause, its rare but it happens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Be guided by your Dr personally I think the risk is to high without having everything confirmed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
