Can ovulation aggravate ovarian cysts?!
Question: Can ovulation aggravate ovarian cysts!?
I discovered there is a cyst on my left ovary!. I discovered this when mid-cycle this month I began having all the symptoms of an ovarian cyst, that was later confirmed by ultrasound!.
Can I assume that it has been there since my last cycle!?
Could me ovulating this cycle have caused me to start experiencing cyst pain!?
Could I still have gotten pregnant this cycle!?

Yes, you could still get pregnant!. Yes, your ovulation could have caused irritation to your cyst--it's like getting hit on a place that is already wounded!. Also, ovarian cysts often respond to hormonal stimulation, so as your estrogen peaks around the time of ovulation, it's going to perhaps cause your cyst to grow, too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
