Question: Is this the three day diet!?

Lose up to 10 pounds in 3 Days
Day 1

Breakfast- ? grapefruit, 1 teaspoon peanut butter, 1 slice toast
*Lunch- ? cup tuna, 1 slice toast
Supper- 3oz any meat, 1 cup greens, 1 cup carrots, 1 small apple, I cup vanilla ice cream

Day 2

Breakfast- ? banana, 1 slice toast, 1 boiled egg (for protein)
*Lunch- 1 cup tuna or cottage cheese, 5 saltine crakers
Supper- 3oz any meat, ? cup carrots, 1 cup broccoli, ? banana, ? cup vanilla ice cream

Day 3

Breakfast- 1 slice cheddar cheese, 5 saltine crackers, 1 small apple
Lunch- 1 boiled egg, 1 slice toast
*Supper- 1 cup tuna, ? cantaloupe or watermelon, ? cup carrots, ? cup cauliflower, ? cup vanilla ice cream


* may substitute for chicken
** follow this diet for 3 consecutive days, then stop for 4 days!. You may eat anything you want in those 4 days, but in moderation!. Only do this diet 3 weeks in a month

yes, its the three day diet! funny, i just started this- i started on friday and last night (sunday) was day 3 so i am able to eat normally today (in moderation though)!. from what i've read from testimonials, people don't lose 10 pounds in the first 3 days-more like 5 or 6 pounds which is not too unhealthy!. one lady lost about 25 pounds in one month!. in my opinion, this diet is nutritionally sound, you get to eat all the foods in diff food groups and i get to eat ICECREAM!!- i mean hello;-)!. wish i could tell you how many pounds i've lost, but i don't believe in scales, i just see how looser my clothes are!. and they are definately looser this morning!. i'm free for da next 4 days, then start again on friday!. but its actually quite easy, i'm not dreading it like most diets!. i'm trying to follow a low carb low fat diet for the four days, but i'll eat whenever i'm hungry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think the only part that is accurate about losing weight is the exercise part!. It is simply not healthy to drop 10 pounds in one day!. This diet would help you loose about 3 pounds if even that!. Balanced meals with a lot of fruits and vegetables plus at exercising at least every other day should help you loose some pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
