Question: First period and heavy flow!
I just got my period 3 days ago!.The first day it wasnt so heavy!.the second day got heaveir with realy bad cramps and back and head aches!.today is the 3rd day and real heavy! every time i stand up a huge flow comes rushing down! will this stop!?when will this nightmare end!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont worry my first period was last night & its heavy too!. But some say its just the first time &its irregular & will change!. Me too wen i sit i dont really feel it but wen i stand up i feel it coming down!.Its all normal but its kinda annoying getting used too!? lool
by the way if stays like that for a year or so its probably going to stay like that!. But ask ur mom u might be like her if she has it a heavy flow then the chances are u will get it like ur mom!.

Your first period can last from 5-10 days, but the heaviness of the flow might not go away!. As it's your first and your probably young you might not want to use tampons, but they stop the blood from coming out of you so you wont feel it!.
For the first year or so your periods will be irregualr!.
Eating bananas helps period pains and cramps :)
Take a pain killer for the headaches!.

so was mine! i was in quebec shopping and i got it and i was like **** so i had to use the stores washroom and my friend had an extra pad in her purse but it was realllly heavyWww@Answer-Health@Com
That's kinda weird!. You should go see a doctor because its not really supposed to be that heavy!.
