Question: 12 full days and its still going
I hope people can help me out with this!. My periods have always been 5,6,7 days!.NEVER more then that!. I started tricyclon birth control about 3 or 4 weeks ago!.!. And i got my period and its already been 12 days! and it shows no signs of stopping!. I am confused why this is happening!. Is it becasue of the birth control!? Is it normal!? WHen will it stop!? Has this happened to anyone before!? Please help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go see your doctor!. You may have a more severe issue!. I went for 5 weeks solid before my doctor finally put me on a pill to control it, and then ended up having a DNC to stop it!.
Please call you doctor tomorrow!. Something is wrong!. You may be allergic to the pills!. or some other condition!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go back to your doctor the dosage may be too strong for you!.If it gets bright red that is hemorrhaging!.Sometime you have to try different ones to get it right for you!.Don't suffer this!.Go to the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yeah I'm on that and it bled for 2 weeks and every month it would be less and less!. just wait and get used to it and don't stop because that will make it worse!Www@Answer-Health@Com
You need to see a Doctor!! my mom had this problem and it turned out that she needed a hysterectomy! this could be a serious problem!! go to your obgyn asap!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
its most likely breakthrough bleeding it will stop soon its just your body getting used to the birth control so dont panic if it last more than a month contact your doctor because you could become anemic and lose too much bloodWww@Answer-Health@Com
