ok im soooooooo confused, ppl say that when they get in bathwater their period stops, well if it does why would u need to wear a tampon when in pool water!?!?!? IM SO CONFUSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because your period leaking in your bathtub is very different from it leaking out into a pool that others swim in and can see!. My period stops in the bath sometimes and sometimes it leaks a bit!. So, be safe and wear a tampon in the pool, but you dont have to in the bath!. If it leaks in there stand up and shower off!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Your period doesn't stop just because your in bathwater!. It's kind of like a cut- when it's in water your still bleeding- but the water makes the blood dissolve so you don't see it!.
Just make sure after you've gotten out of the water- that you change your tampon!. This will decrease the possibility of a yeast infection!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

because water doesnt always stop it!. and there are chemicals in a pool that can show it!. a friend of mine went in the water without once and her white shirt had turned pink because of her blood getting on it!.
besides, when you get out of the pool, you'll start right back up, so be safe!.

You use a tampon just in case you have any bleeding!. For example when I get out of the pool and am walking from the pool to the changing area I sometimes will bleed a lot and a tampon stops that from happening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay heres how it works haha!. The water presure makes it impossible to hae ur period in the water but like as soon as you come out the preasure change makes u blead right away so thats why u war a tampon!. Hope i helped!. xoxoWww@Answer-Health@Com
