Can anyone help me with tampon troubles?!

Question: Can anyone help me with tampon troubles!?
I have asked a question before about putting a tampon in because it hurt too much when I did it before!. A lot of people said to wait until you're actually on your period!. So I came on the other day but totally forgot to try a tampon and when I had almost stopped I tried putting one in!. It worked but hurt a little when I moved my leg to quickly!. An hour later I took it out and tried another one!. I got it a lot further in and it didn't hurt half as much!. I didn't wanna wear it to bed so I took it out!. It hurt as I was doing it and when it was completely out I had a pain that stayed there!. I'm not sure how long the pain stayed there because I went to bed and to sleep straight after this!. It doesn't hurt now but did I do something wrong and will it hurt all the time!? How far are you supposed to put it in!? Have you got any ways I can put it in so it doesn't hurt at all!? Thanks! xWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
if you're not on your period, or your flow is very light, putting a tampon in sometimes hurts a little cause the tampon rubs against you!. and taking it out before its mostly or fully used up can hurt too cause it will rub!. if its not in far enough it will sometimes hurt or be irritating and feel like its coming out!. also, use plastic tampons cause cardboard hurt very badly either way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why did you take it out after only an hour!? It didn't soak up near enough blood unless you have a very heavy period!.

You can keep them in for no longer than 6 hours!.

hey(:

if your wearing a tampon it should not hurt
at all!.
it hurt my first time too because i wasnt putting
the applicator in far enough!.

use the ones with an applicator if your not!.
because there are the other kind where
you have to put it in with your finger & i really
dont suggest those!.

my easiest non-hurting position is squatting
above the toilet!. slide the applicator in to
where your fingers are touching your skin!.
insert the tampon & pull out the applicator!.

i think that you might of not put it in all the
way or just used a position that wasnt
easy!. see, i cant do the sitting down or
the one-leg-up position!. but thats just me!.

if you need more help email me at
malpiszon94@yahoo!.com or
read the leaflet or booklet that comes
with your tampons!. im sure that one
has good instructions!. (:

HOPE I HELPED!Www@Answer-Health@Com
