Can anyone explain this...!

Question: Can anyone explain this!.!.!.
Sometimes when I'm about to go to bed my body does this weird thing where I'm awake and conscious, but I can't move any part of me (not my hand, my feet, nothing)!. I can't even open my mouth to call anyone!. It has happened a number of times, and although it doesn't last for too long, it's still a little scary!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you're experiencing is called "Sleep Paralysis"!. It's not harmful or dangerous but i understand that it can get pretty scary!. It use to happen to me about once every three months but not so much anymore!. It can be genetic or it could be caused by not getting enough sleep, or having an irregular sleep schedule!. I hope this helps you and the next time it happens just remember to keep calm and relax!. It usually occurs right before you fall asleep so if you don't panic and keep in mind that it's nothing serious, you should be sleeping within minutes!. Good Luck :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

that happened to my mom once!.!.!.!.!.!.a long time ago when my mom moved in with my dad she was just taking a nap and she heard the door open so she tries to get up but she couldnt move like she couldnt move any part of her body except for her eyes pretty much!.!.!.then she heard footsteps going up the stairs!.!.!.few minutes later the footsteps came back down and out the door!.!.!.then my mom was able to move again!. the next day they got a call that my dad's grandma passed away!.!.!.so my mom thought that it was her!. they were going to meet her but she passed away!.!.!.my mom thought it was her that came to see her before she was gone!.

im not trying to freak you out or anything its a true story and im not saying that it has anything to do with kind of same thing that happened to my mom but yea and it happened to my teacher once too!. but it was like his great great great grandfather bouncing on his stomach saying his name yea i know its freakin weird!. but if its just not being able to move any of your body and nothing happens then i guess thats okayWww@Answer-Health@Com

Consult a doctor, you might have epilepsy and are having non-violent seizures!. I am not trying to scare you, but you might want to rule that out, because it might be nothing just your body preparing to go to sleep, maybe you are half asleep and just dont realize it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
