You will usually get bad acne on your back face chest or where ever you are prone to get acne!. Bloated, which means your jeans are too tight :(, REALLY bad mood swings for me atleast, possibley spotting, oh the symptoms are endless, irratability, body temp!. is usually higher, hope this helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com
it's different for everyone!. but the typical PMS stage happens when mood swings occur!. personally for me- my period comes like clockwork!. it's always a few days before or after the 1st of the month!.
symptoms for me include joint pain- my lower back hurts a lot!. i'll go from an empty stomach to eating everything in my path!. then not wanting to eat anything the next day!. i drink twice as much water it seems and urinate a whole lot because of it!. then the pre menstrual cramps will happen!. pain in the lower portions of the body + exhaustion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well everyones body is different but, what happens to me is i start cramping then it gets worse as my period gets closer, about 2 weeks or so before hand my breast get real sensitive and sore!. Headachs, i seem to get hungry more often right before my period also!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
unbalenced moods, sensitivity to a lot of things said, anger, fatique, irritibility, larger appetite, discharge, naseua, and possibly acne due horomones!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

weeks!.!.!.maybe not so far ahead!.!.a couple days you could get cramps and mood swings like you hate everyone for no reason!. it all depends on the person nothing is the same!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
