You got it late, lucky you!. Honestly, yes it's normal!. You don't have anything wrong with you at all!. Periods last anywhere from 2-4 days depending upon how much you bleed and how frequent!. Sometimes I'll have quite literally a two-day period, with heavy bleeding and sometimes I'll bleed for five days long without it stopping!. It just depends upon you!.

As far as that, you can expect it "every month" but, when you first start your period it can be irregular to begin with, not cycling in a normal pattern for a while, because you're young and it's new!.

Basically, just keep an eye on it and in about a month begin putting on a pad in hopes of deterring it!. Keep some pads in your purse with you, so that if it starts up you'll know!. Mine is wonderful, most of the time I know exactly when it's going to start, my breasts ache and then it starts right in the afternoon, between 4-8 pm!. However, it isn't monthly regular let, but it has been getting better!. The thankful thing is that my body is beginning to cycle with my mother's!. This will happen if you are around a certain woman a lot because of her hormones your body may begin to cycle with hers, or just before/after hers!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Congrats, it's your period!
Here's what to expect:
-at first, your period may not be normal, as in, on schedule!. In fact, you may not get another one for a few months, and that's perfectly fine!. After you do begin to get your period every month, it usually is around every 28 days, last anywhere from 2 to 5 days!. The flow is heaviest in the middle days and decreases as you finish your cycle!.
-When you wipe, there will be blood you didn't see on your pad!. To get more natural with your period, learn to apply tampons (with the help of a mirror under your legs), and a pad for light days!.
-Use instructions for feminine hygiene products or a female friend you trust very much!.

Hope that helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi
When you first start your periods the dates and stuff are kinda like all jumbled up so you could be on for 1 minute an den day after you've stopped!. This is a natural thing that happens !.As its the start den it should be like that due to your body not having a routine or a cycle ,in the next couple of months you should notice a cycle otherwise talk to your doctor!. Some people find that the second day of there period is the heaviest so prepare if it happens to you , when i mean heaviest its just more blood then normal so nothing to worry about, some people find that there periods last from 3days to about a week !. After a couple of months you should not the cycle its different for all girls and it could b a gap between 28- 31 days but every1 is different don't worry to much tho its natural!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Completely normal!.

Since you just started, I don't know how predictable your period is going to be quite yet!. Keep track of the day you started this month!. When you start next month, count the number of days between this month's start date and next month's start date!. If you're regular, they should be around (this is a very rough estimate) 27 to 31 days apart, but it's not uncommon for women to menstruate 25 or 40 days apart!. Also, because you haven't been menstruating long, you might skip months at a time!. You'll just have to figure out what's normal for you over the next few months and years!. Repeat the steps for the third month and the fourth month, too!. When you begin to see a pattern, that's when you'll be able to predict!. Good luck to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi,
i started mine today too and i was very scared and im worried because i dont even know if its my period! ANWAYS!.

Yeah, what you said is completely normal you will see that during your period there will be days that you will have a heavy flow and other days, you could have next to nothing ecpecialy in your first year it will be very uneven!.

When you wipe you will see it and its normal too so dont worry!

Overnight there will be a lot also, because it builds up, during the hours that you are sleeping so dont worry, this is all normal and you cant really predict when it will come as your first yars very uneven but it should be between 28-34 days but even outside that is normal, so just enjoy life!

You could also check out some of the websites like beinggirl!.com or type in period problems into google!

Hope this helpps, polz! xWww@Answer-Health@Com

Dont worry thats normal ^^ Also what I do is think of a symbol for a calender to put on the day you start and end your period, like a frowny face or a dot!. That always helps!. It will be irregular at first but dont worry you be fine!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

that is totakky normal!!!!!!! your period should come at about the same week every month if it dose not come the same dont worry it could be irregular be cause you are just starting your cycle !!!!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK if you have any personal !? 's be honest with your mom and ask her like about cramps or something just ask your mom u'll be fine !!!

Definately normal, and since you just started your period will be irregular, you should symptoms such as moodiness, cramps, ect!. and then you will know when your other ones are coming :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Normal!. wait a few moths and then you can predict yor next period!.!.!. congratulations !Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats completely normal becuz ur labia is the skin on the outisde of the vagina and it basicly hold the blood so ur always going to have blood on the tissue paper unless u use tampons which means there wont be much!. periods usually last anywhere from 3-7 days or sumtimes more it depends on ur cycle!.
most people that have periods usually get them around every 28 days starting from the first day of ur period!.
but dont freak out if ur a couple days or even a week or two late or early!. that happens a LOT!. the things that helps u be prepared is keeping track of ur period on a calender (but if u have people living at ur house other than girls u might want to use a "symbol" so that u can recognize as your period day!.)
and keeping pads and tampons (if u use them) with you when u think or are near the 28 days!. and if u are worried about getting ur period but dont have it yet then keep a mini pad on becuz it will help it from touching your clothes and it will make you feel wet so that u can check yourself and c if u got ur period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
