The main thing that makes it hard is when the tampon hasnt filled with enough blood yet, the more blood that it absorbs the more it wille xpand and the easier it will be to pull out!. This is actually a way you can test whether you need to change it, give it a gentle tug and if it starts to come out then you are readyf or a new one!. But obviously, sometimes it wont be filled with enough blood except its been in for the maximum length of time so you need to change it anywa, which is where the pain of trying to pull it out when its not ready comes in!. Some things you can do is either leave it in longer if you h avent already exceeded the maximum time limit, or buy a lower absorbancy pack of tampons, smaller ones will generally hold less and will therefore expand quicker, making them easier to pull out!. You probably will find that towards the end of your period when the flow is getting lighter that this is when its hardest to get them out!. So maybe you could try using tampons in the heavier days and then use liners toward the end of your period!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is easy to put in because it is clean and empty, and it is harder to pull it out because it has soaked up blood, unfurled, and so is larger!. That's the way it is supposed to work!. If it stings a lot try pulling it out more slowly to give your body a chance to adjust, or you could try changing them more often so they don't get as full!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Usually when mine hurt its just because there isn't enough blood but you said it was pretty bloody so I would say maybe you aren't pulling it out at the right angle!. Also for me its easier to grab the string up closer to my body then down at the end!. It also helps me to breath in and then pull it out as i'm breathing out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok 1!. When u can see that the string has a little bit of blood on it take it out!. 5 hours is fine but NEVER keep it in over 7 hours!.

2!. When you take out a tampon try to pull it when you are breathing out, there is no rush either just take it slow and it'll come out fine, don't keep pulling if it stings coz you might cut yourself up there!.

I hope that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your removing them when they are dry!. You should use certain absorbencies during certain times of your flow!. Or maybe you are taking them out to soon!. You probably should be using a regular tampon for the heavy part of your period and slender for the lighter flow, or even a pad or panty liner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when the tampon gets too full of menstrual blood in expands to fit more is more is coming!. so that being, its bigger than it is when you put it in!.
theres really nothing else it could be!. i know some woman's bodies just dont react well to tampons, and they just cant wear them!. i hope thats not the case with you, because tampons are a great thing to be able to use!.
i hope i helped! good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

sometimes it may sting if it has been in for too long , or you just might be dry, maybe wet yourself , or use lubricant or vaseline before you pull it out !.!. you may be pulling it out too fast , so do it slower !.
hope this helps ! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, it expands after you put it in so it's bigger than what went in!. It'll get easier in a couple months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're at the tail end of your cycle and not lubricated enough it will hurt when removing, pull slowly and don't leave in for more then 3 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe you're taking it out at a weird angle!.!. pull it out the same direction you put it in =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
