Sit in a hot bath!.!.!.!. drink hot tea (with caffeine), coffee, and/or coke or something with lots of caffeine!. Caffeine, heat, and exercise are the best methods!. I have had the cramps you are describing, and was prescribed vicodin for my cramps before I finally gave in and went on birth control (which helped alleviate the pain a LOT!. I wanted to write a "thank you" note to my doctor once I had my first easy-going period!)!.!.!. try to alleviate the pain as much as you can with heat and caffeine, and if you are able to, get up and go for a walk or to the gym!. Exercise does WONDERS for cramps!

Sex helps, but if you are single or don't want the mess, try ummm!.!.!. playing in the shower!. An orgasm will help you feel better, but I don't know what you are personally comfortable with!. Hey, just sayin it helps ME!

And keep that appointment for Thursday!.!.!.!. your doctor can definitely help you out, so that's an appointment you should go to!

One simple and cheap way to help with cramps (it's also the quickest, and the most convenient and natural) is having an orgasm by masturbating!. It doesn't work for *all* women, but it does help many!.!.!. and for some, it can get rid of cramps entirely for a while!.

"!.!.!. an orgasm can cause your uterus to contract, enabling it to use up excess prostaglandins in the process!. Prostagladins are hormones produced by your uterine lining!. They help to stimulate contractions that move menstrual blood out of the uterus, and are also responsible for those cramps that occur throughout your period!."Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you've tried the usual stuff!.!.!. ibruprophen in particular can help with inflammation!.!.!. if that matters!.!.!. aspirin is a blood thinner, but donno if that would work in this instance!.

My advice!? Ask your doctor!. In addition to the regular BC pills having a positive effect on symtoms there are now meds specifically for PMS problems!.!.!. IE Debilitating Cramps and/or Mood Swings that lead to divorce!.!.!. just as samples!. There are also pills that completely stop your cycles!.!.!. no cycle no cramps!.!.!.

Of course there are also herbal options!.!.!.
