Natural contraception????????????!
Question: Natural contraception!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
I have been taking the contraceptive pill (oestrogen based) for almost 2 years and i don't want to take it any more because i don't like the effects it could (and probably does have) on your body!. BUT my partner doesn't like the idea of having to wear a condom so i was wondering if anyone has any ideas on natural contraception, eg!. does the rhythm method work!?!?

You could try the FAM (Fertility Awareness Method) but it would take lots of studying first!. Go out and get the book, Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Wenschler!. It will explain indetail the female reproductive system and is highly successful in preventing pregnancy and achieving pregnancy (if you so desire later down the line)!.
