i lost 40 lbs over the past 3 months after making minor changes to my diet!.!.!. For example, I've cut my list of beverages off, and stick to water!.
That and I try to get in the recommended amount of 5 fruits or veggies a day!.!.!. who knew, IT WORKS!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you burn more calories than you take in that is the only way you can really lose weight!.!.

but i heard of this thing called the vacuum pose where you like hold your stomach in for like twenty seconds at a time!.!.!.!.for a total of 5 minutes a day and its supposed to help your waistline!.!.

you can also try fun things that don't seem like exercise: swimming, dancing, jumping rope, or jumping on a trampoline!.!.!.they help burn caloriesWww@Answer-Health@Com

There really isn't a way to drop weight with out some sort of life style change!. Which means diet and exercise!. You don't have to starve your self though, just watch what you eat, and make smart decisions about what your putting into your body!. And make sure you drink enough water, and avoid things high in sugar and carbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
