Question: Is it better to run earlier in the morning or during the day!?
I want to start exercising again because I really want to join the track team at my school!. I'm around 150 lbs and 5'6"!. The more weight you lose, the easier to run right!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercising in the morning revs up your metabolism for the rest of the day, so if you want to lose weight, that (plus a sensible diet) is the way to go!. My doctor said thirty minutes of brisk walking seven days a week will melt fat off!. Another good habit: drink half your body weight in ounces of water every day!. If you can stop drinking sodas and drink water instead you'll lose weight!.

earlier in the morning because it is not that hot so it will feel better then in the day!. and you will feel better!. or you can run in the day because it is hot and you lose calories by sweating!. so pick either one it is fine and if you run in the morning you should probably run at like 5 it is the coolest then!. hope you do good in track!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well its actually better to run in the noon b/c it's the middle of the day and it's a good way to get energy for the rest of the day!.!.!.i wouldn't say morning b/c u just woke up & are refueled for the day!.!.!.but there's nthin wrong wit running n da morning especially if u want to b4 da sun comes up or sumthanWww@Answer-Health@Com

oh honey that is very wrong!. when you put on weight and excerise it turns into muscle!. muscle allows you to be able to be more flexible and run more efficiently!. and it is better to run in the morning because your energy level is high and your stress level is low!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would think early in the morning, while it is still cool- its summer now, and you don't want to be running in 90 degree weather!. run during the day in winter, but not now,!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
