I skipped a day of birth control??? What should i do?!

The directions usually say to double up the next day!. ( So today you would take two)!. You definately dont want to skip that pill all together!. But you should use extra protection just in case!. I'm pretty sure you can miss a maximum of two piles and double up for two days!. If you miss any more than two in a pack you are suppose to throw that pack out and start a new one and use a back up method of protection!. Atleast that is the directions for all the types of birth control I've taken!.

If you are skeptical you can probably look you brand up online to see the directions!.

Have you read your pamphlet that came with the pack!?

Have you googled your pill to see what to do!?

Have you asked your pharmacist or doctor!?

You should do any/all of the above first!.

Most likely it will tell you to take the missing pill when you remember that you forgot to take it, and take today's one at your usual time!.

You have to double up today!.!.!. take the pill every day at the same time too!. if you miss 3 days in a row, don't triple! that's way too much hormones!. So if you miss 3 days in a row, you'll get your period and you'll have to start all over again!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont double up that wont pretect you from getting preg just take the next one the next day but you will have to use another form of contaceptive such as condoms or whatever for 2 weeks to make sure your coveredWww@Answer-Health@Com
