Okay, so I am a sixteen year old female!. I've never had sex!. But about 2 months ago, I discovered these small white bumps "down there!." There are probably close to 30 and they vary in size!. They don't pop; they don't itch and they don't really hurt!. They don't emit an oder or let off any residue!. I read that herpes kind of comes and goes, but these are stationary - no more have appeared and none have gone away and they certainly don't leave scars or sores!.
I have no idea what they could be! Please someone give me any kind of suggestions on what they might be and what I can do!.

i would see a doctor!.!.!.
Also if u have had like a "cold sore" or fever blister on your lip and u've touched it and then touched "down there" then u can spread it!. Because the blister on ur lip is Herpes simplex virus 1 and if u touch it and dont wash ur hands and touch down there u can get gentile herpes which is HSV2Www@Answer-Health@Com
