i know women have periods but why!? does having a period help them!? whats it for!? i just dont think its fair to women to have to go through periods,birth,etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Every twenty-eight days, an egg cell is released from the ovaries into the fallopian tubes, ready to be fertilised by a man's sperm!. During this time, the walls of the uterus (aka the womb -- where the baby is to grow) line themselves with nutrient-rich blood!. If the egg is not fertilised, the body expells it along with the excess lining of the uterus!. That is what causes a menstrual period!.

its nit fair but its like a monthly cleanse of the body every month!. every month the body is prepared to have a baby and when that dosen't happen that's when you get a periodWww@Answer-Health@Com
