Question: I think I might have an ingrowing hair - bikini line!!?
Ok so I am only 14 years old and I have no experience with this!
I shaved just the outline of the bikini line (not everything) but afterwards I got some irritated skin and itchiness!.!. I'm not sure if it is an ingrowing hair, but from what I have researched it seems to be!. Its basically a hair that makes a sort of "loop" and looks as if its partly stuck under the skin!. It also looks as if it has a split end to it!.!.
I am really worried!
Any advice on how to get it out!?
Do you get rid of them yourself or go to a doctor!?

It's probably painful and will hurt a bit but take a CLEAN pair of tweezers and pull the ingrown hair out!. after it's out, clean the infected area and do not shave that area for a while!. also next time you go to shave, scrub with an exfoliating soap and rinse well, then shave w/ shaving cream or gel in the direction of the hair!. this is a very sensitive area and you need to be gentile!. you may have to go over the area twice but do it in the direction of the hair!. if you have a razor with 3 or 4 blades you shouldn't have a problem!. It happens to everyone at some point or another!. do not be worried!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Apply a warm face cloth on it and it should come to a head like a pimple, you can pop it, but be clean!. The hair should come out with the head!. There is no need to see a dr!.
