Question: Why is my period this long!?! 5 months!
I've had my period now for 153 days!.!.!.!.
I'm 19, exercise plenty, eat healthy, not sexually active, not on birth control or medication!.!.!.
Its been a strong period the entire time!! I've scheduled an appt but what do you think it could be!?!?

The same thing happened to me in 1992!. I bled for a year (I did not have a doctor at the time due to transfer of HMO until January 1993) after one period never stopped!.
My doctor said I had stopped ovulating and started me on the pill in January 1993 to stop the bleeding plus regulate my periods (they were never regular)!. She also said I have PCOS due to other symptoms I have been experiencing since my teens!.
Your problem may or may not be the same, but I am sure it can be fixed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with the others, you need to see a doctor asap!. If you cannot afford one, you can always go to the ER or a clinic, they cannot refuse you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I bled for a month straight!. I went to the Dr!. and he gave me BC pills to regulate my period!. It was hormonal changes!. Ever since then, I have been irregular!.!.!.!.Go to the Dr to get checked out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I was on depo and bled for 7 months straight!. The doctor took me off depo and put me on Femcon (a type of BC pill) that worked within 24 hours!. Get on FemconWww@Answer-Health@Com
