you a just budding witch means u need a 32 a! or a sports bra(i am a 36 a and i where padded bras) im on th level 3 and im 11! if i were u i would stick with padded bras cuz there convertible !.!.!.!.t tell ur mom to get u a bra and talk to a employee she can show u ur bra size !!!!!!the best of luck!

What are the five stages!?!? I would say you should at least wear a training bra or sports bra so that your nipples don't show through your shirt!. Good Luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
