Is a period tough?????????????????!

I had my very first period ever 4 days ago and it lasted only 3 days! dont worry just use always pads they are the bestttt!! im 15 years old, im just a late bloomer!. But I was nervous for nothing, so dont sweat !. me and you can say we are finally women!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone is different!. But all in all, periods are just something we have to deal with!.

There will be times where your flow is unbelievably heavy, and you have the worst cramps you could imagine!. Those are the times where you double up on pads {or use super tampons}, and take Ibuprophen or Midol!. It will help!.

But then there will be times where you feel completely fine!. You're going to just have to deal with having one for more than fourty years, and it'll take some getting used to!.

every woman has a different period!. Some get it really light for 3 days while others get it for over a week!.

Pretty much you will just get used to it!.!.!.takes time when your just starting out!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
