Question: Opinions please!.!.!.ok, after a recent scare, i want to get on birth control!.!.!.
But what is the best one!?
I do not want to gain weight because I work hard and eat very healthy to maintain my body!.
I aslo smoke cigarettes (I know, I know, bad) and I have heard that some if not all Birth Control pills should not be taken if you smoke!. Is that true!?
I also have terrible cramps, and if those could be lessened that would be great too!.

I have found Yaz to be really good!.!. but you do need to stop smoking it won't help at all!. Talk to a doctor and describe your period!.!. how long, how much, and the pain!.!. he or she should be able to come up with a good choice if not you can always switch but its best to take the same one for a couple months because switching so much and mess with your cycle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you are a smoker your dr will be hesitant to prescribe bc pills!. quit smoking now, you will have to quit anyway if you get pregnant!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
