hey, I'm 10 and have been having discharge for a while now, I woke up this morning with tons of discharge and a little dark red spot!. My underwear was hot pink so I'm not sure if i had it or it was just that color from discharge!. I'm afraid to tell my mom so for the time being i put in a light weight pad!. A little dark red spot doesn't mean anything, maybe that your period is a tad bit closer, I had the same experience when I was 10 and I thought I was going to get it at 11, I am 12 and a half now and really close to getting it!. First you have got to get clear discharge for a while, then brown discharge (haha yeah I know), and THEN finally your period!. And trust me you don't want it, I'm on the verge of getting it!. Don't worry!! You don't need a pad!. This will probably be one of the ONLY times you will get it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could have done, or it could just be spotting!.
Keep the pad in untill tonight, if theres no blood then you haven't got your period - luckily :)

hmmm I think its a sign that your period is on its way!. Don't worry!. Tell your mom she will be able to help you!. This is normal for people your age!. Congratualations on becoming a women :DWww@Answer-Health@Com
