Why do I have a problem trying to insert tampons?!


Question: Why do I have a problem trying to insert tampons!?
Today was my first day trying a tampon!. I got it up there just fine, but I could not push the amplicator thing to put the part that is suppose to be in there, in where it should be!.
So, I took out the tampon slowly!. After I did that, I kind of started to black out and had a ringing in my ears!. I felt sick to my stomach and my face turned pale!. I have no idea why this happened!
I went and layed down, so I'm fine!.
I used a regular sized tampon!.
I am 15, and still a virgin!.

the same exact thing happened to me my first time!. it took some practice before i was able to put it in normally without any discomfort!. that's all the advice i could give you - practice!. i'm 15 too, btw!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
the best advice i can give is too just relax!. I reccomend using something like ky jelly to help it go in easier!. There really is nothing to worry about, and let me tell you, once you start using tampons you wont go back to pads!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
you have to relax its easier to put in if your sitting on something, preferably the toiletWww@Answer-Health@Com

yeah do what everyone else says!.!.!.also plastic applicators are easiest to use!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you are just nervous, use some baby oil or vaceline to get it in!. if you dont feel better of course see your dr!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
