Question: Please help a teen with wieght lose
i have exactly tommorow 29 days until i go back to school, thats like a month!. can you help me lose 20 pounds by then, i dont want to do fad diets i want to do it healthily!. i already bike ride 9 miles everyday!. im 13 wiegh 135 and 5 foot3!. i really want to lose this wieght for myselfWww@Answer-Health@Com

there really is no safe way to lose that much weight in a month!. because you'll lose it way to fast!. which means you wont really know how to keep it off and you'll end up just gaining it back while in school cuz you wont have time for exercising that much everday!. and plus you'll probably gain more weight!. they say its not healthy to lose more then 3 pounds a week!. so if you lost 3 pounds every week for the next four weeks that'd put you at losing 12 pounds!. and hun i almost garrantee that all that weight is from muscle!. cuz muscle weighs more then fatWww@Answer-Health@Com

You have to discipline yourself in the food that you eat stay away from fatty foods and start eating fruits and vegetables!.!. Do regular exercise like walking or biking!. Do not eat too much in the evening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
