Question: I went from a size 25 to a size 28!
I'm a little short for my age and my waist used to be smaller!. I love food, except, I'm gaining all this weight from it, I keep telling myself to eat smaller amounts of food but the amounts keep getting bigger and bigger! I try to work out, but I never have the time! My goal is to go back to a size 25 or maybe even a 26! Please don't suggest that Jenny Craig, or anything like that! Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't listen to ashley!.!.!.there was no need for her to get snotty!. she probably shops at the Juniors department and thinks that a good size is a 2 or a 4 and doesn't realize that you are probably talking about DESIGNER JEANS which come in sizes like that!.

If that is what you are referring to!.!.!.you are not fat at all!. However, if you would like to lose some weight, they say that getting more sleep will make you less hungry (so you eat less during the day)!. Also, try to eat healthy food and cut back on with a lot of fat or carbs in it!.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!
I'm like 5'2, have been since like grade 5
I was tiny at the start of the school year, and by the end I gained 17 pounds!!?
I have no clue what it is, maybe just a growth spirt!.
Try going vegan, it really helped for me!. You can still meats that are low in fat, just not steak lobster etc!.
You are deffinately NOT fat though, 28 inches is about 70cm here in Canada!.!. WHOA YOU'RE SMALL haha

just do weight watchers! trust me it works, i've seen it happen! n i went from 120 pounds to 114 pounds (im 5'3 btw) in 2 weeks just by counting "points" (you'll understand what i mean if you do the weight watchers thing)

for example!.!.!.50 calories=1 point

i'm allowed to have 25 points per day

and each half hour of INTENSE exercise means you get an extra point!.!.!.but since you really really wana lose a lot of weight i would not count exercise points!.!.!.

It's all about willpower- sticking to a smaller portion, healthier food, and of course exercise!. Nothing I can really tell you but to stick to it, and don't worry about little miss "Lookit me I'm a size 0"!. Curvy girls are way better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
